BBVA launches a proposal for companies that contract its Labour Assistance Fund between 1 August and 31 October 2026: 0% management fee from the moment of incorporation and throughout 2027.

Companies and SMEs that choose BBVA to manage their Labour Assistance Fund (FAL) between 1 August and 31 October 2026 will have a 0% management fee from the moment of incorporation and throughout 2027, according to cronista.com.

Additionally, companies that incorporate new net payrolls during the second half of this year will receive throughout 2027 a 100% reimbursement of the FAL contribution corresponding to those payrolls, according to information released by the institution.

The FAL is a funding mechanism for private sector employers aimed at providing an economic backup to meet future labour obligations. The resources are deposited in individual, unattachable accounts that are independent of the company's assets, ensuring they remain transparently safeguarded.

BBVA's proposal integrates the accreditation of payrolls and the management of the FAL within the same ecosystem, aiming to reduce operational complexity and facilitate the tracking of contributions and the fund.

"Choosing who manages the FALs of each company or SME involves defining how resources intended to meet future labour obligations will be invested and managed. At BBVA, we have developed a proposal focused on capital preservation, liquidity, diversification, and risk control, to provide companies with traceability and availability of funds when they need them. Our responsibility is to combine a long-term perspective with professional and rigorous management of each portfolio," highlighted Lautaro Veliz Espeche, head of Asset Management at BBVA in Argentina.

To access the scheme, each employer must choose a single vehicle, obtain their FAL ID, and confirm with ARCA for contributions to be correctly allocated. The conditions can be consulted through BBVA or with each company's account executive.

Interested parties can find more details on BBVA's website, where the conditions of the proposal are published.
