On November 5, 2026, Coword will celebrate the third edition of the Living Summit in Madrid, the main meeting of Flex Living in Spain. The event will take place at the Norte 3 building in Distrito Telefónica.

The Living Summit 2026 will be held at the Norte 3 building in Distrito Telefónica, Madrid, according to elmundofinanciero.com. The event, organised by the association Coword, will bring together developers, investors, operators, architects, administrations, and technology companies from the Flex Living ecosystem.

The programme will combine discussions with experts on financing, operators, architecture, innovation, and administrations, as well as an open and participatory space called Ágora. According to the organisers, around 40 speakers will participate.

“We are extremely grateful to Telefónica for hosting us at their headquarters for the III Edition of Living Summit,” says Araceli Martín-Navarro, president of Coword.

Telefónica will provide attendees with access to its Telefónica Technology Lab, where a demonstration of a realistic video avatar will take place. Attendees will be able to inquire by voice or text about the agenda, speakers, rooms, logistics, and networking.

Flex Living is a residential model based on flexibility, shared services, and community building. It includes formats such as coliving, cohousing, senior living, and student residences. According to Coword, the sector aims to combine private spaces with common areas and promote coexistence, sustainability, and the well-being of residents.

This year's edition will feature Portugal as the guest country. Among the announced participants are José María García, Deputy Minister of Housing, Transport, and Infrastructure of the Community of Madrid; Carolina Roca, president of ASPRIMA; Enrique de los Santos, CEO of JLL, and Juan Manuel Acosta, CIO of Rockfield.
