SWI Group, listed on Euronext Amsterdam, closes an 800 million capital increase with institutional investors and reaches a valuation of 6.1 billion. The funds will be allocated to data centres and computing for AI in Europe and the United States.

SWI Group, a company listed on Euronext Amsterdam under the symbol SWICH, has announced a capital increase of 800 million euros subscribed by institutional investors, as reported by Europa Press. The operation values the company at 6.1 billion euros and is structured through the issuance of new ordinary shares in several series, reaching a total of 558,399,385 shares.

With this injection, the group has raised over 1 billion euros since March 2026. The floating capital rises to approximately 20% of the share capital, which expands the base of institutional shareholders and improves the liquidity of the stock in the market.

The resources will be used to expand the capacity of data centres and computing for artificial intelligence in Europe and the United States, including energy infrastructure, deployment of computing resources, and execution of its project portfolio on both sides of the Atlantic. The company also anticipates new investments in AI and increasing its stake in existing investments.

"This operation aims to keep us in line with the computing and data centre markets. We have a clear strategy, a considerable project portfolio, and a strong position in Europe and the United States. We are very pleased to welcome new investors who share our long-term ambition for the group," said Max-Hervé George, founder and CEO of SWI Group.

The increase includes the granting of options on its shares to certain investors, conditional on meeting ECM milestones. The company has indicated that the statement contains privileged information for the purposes of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse.

SWI Capital Holding Ltd., the parent company of SWI Group, operates as a global digital investment platform focused on long-term digital infrastructure. The company is listed on Euronext Amsterdam with ISIN SGXPZ11CH7U7.
