The local Government Board of the City Council of Cáceres has approved the contract for the development of the Youth Plan 2026-2029, awarded to PayPerThink, SLU for 17,883.80 euros.
The local Government Board of the City Council of Cáceres has approved the contract for the development of the Youth Plan 2026-2029, a strategic document that will define municipal policies aimed at the young population over the coming years. The award has gone to the company PayPerThink, SLU for an amount of 17,883.80 euros, as reported by the council, as noted by hoy.es.
The plan will address areas such as employment, training, housing, leisure, culture, sport, participation, and access to information and municipal services. The aim is to have a framework of action that sets out the main lines of work and the actions to be developed between 2026 and 2029.
PayPerThink submitted the lowest economic proposal and was the highest rated according to the established criteria. The technical report also considered it the offer with the most benefits.
“The development of this Plan represents an important step towards having a roadmap that allows us to continue working for the youth of Cáceres in an orderly, coordinated manner that meets their needs,” said the Youth Councillor, Jaime Jabato.
The councillor added that “youth plays a fundamental role in the present and future of Cáceres, and we want to continue generating opportunities and spaces for young people to develop their personal, educational, work, and social projects in our city.” He also indicated that the plan will allow “the identification of priorities and the establishment of lines of work for the coming years.”
With this contract, the City Council of Cáceres begins the drafting of the document that will shape youth policies until 2029. The awarded company must deliver the study with the strategic lines and specific actions for that period.
