CaixaBank now has a new version of its application available for all its business clients, designed to manage treasury, cards, and financing from mobile devices.

The new version of the business app from CaixaBank is now available for all its clients. As reported by El Plural, the aim is for companies to complete their usual tasks more quickly, with fewer steps and greater autonomy from their phones.

The redesign is based on the analysis of the most frequent queries and operations of CaixaBank Empresas clients. With this study, the entity has reorganised the navigation to provide more direct access to the functions that businesses use the most.

The home screen now brings together the most relevant data without the need to enter several sections, and includes shortcuts and quick links for the most common operations. From there, users can check accounts, cards, financing, receipts, and product contracts.

Regarding treasury, users can review transactions, income, and expenses in a more visual manner, check balances and credit account data from the first level, and locate specific transactions with new search and filtering tools.

The app also adds features for corporate cards, allowing users to check transactions and settlements and temporarily block or unblock a card from their mobile.

In terms of financing, businesses can access their loans and mortgages, view the details of each transaction, check the instalments, and download amortisation tables in various formats.

The receipts section has also been revamped. It allows users to review pending and completed transactions, authorise receipts, manage B2B authorisations, resolve issues, and set up automatic authorisations.

Finally, digital contracting takes centre stage. From the app, users can initiate the contracting of accounts, cards, financing, point of sale terminals (TPV), insurance, and other products, and request advice via chat or by asking for a call.
