The Seville complex of Hacienda La Boticaria will open in spring 2027 as an experiential destination, featuring 130 rooms and a hall for over 2,000 attendees. AZZ Hoteles is advancing in its rehabilitation.
The Seville complex of Hacienda La Boticaria will open its doors in spring 2027, as reported by expreso.info. The company AZZ Hoteles is working on the rehabilitation of the estate, one of the most significant heritage and tourism projects being developed in Andalusia.
The estate, located just minutes from Seville, spans 65 hectares. The project plans to include 130 rooms with a capacity for 267 guests, over 180,000 square meters of outdoor spaces, and a main building of more than 37,000 square meters.
Among the event spaces is the Salón Sevilla, which can accommodate over 2,000 attendees. According to the company, this would position the complex among the largest private venues in Andalusia for congresses, conventions, and business meetings.
The offering will include a wellness and spa centre, dining options, family activities, equestrian experiences, two botanical gardens, a visitable orchard, and a Carriage Museum.
The project involves the restoration of existing buildings, enhancement of the outdoor areas, and updating of the infrastructure. The CEO of AZZ Hoteles, Nicolás Álvarez-Cervera, explains the project's focus:
We saw the opportunity to recover a unique place and transform it into a destination capable of generating economic activity, employment, projection for Seville, and experiences throughout the year.
Visitors will be able to check for updates on the opening through the company's channels starting from the anticipated reopening next spring.
