The online padel store expects to generate between 26 and 27 million euros in 2026 and bases its growth on exclusive products and foreign markets.
The online padel store PadelPROShop expects to close 2026 with a revenue of between 26 and 27 million euros, according to Palco23 based on statements from its founder and CEO, Dionisio Ugalde. The company had already anticipated in July 2024 that it would close that fiscal year at around 20 million, compared to 10 million in 2023.
The company's accounts hovered around 16 million in 2024 and approached 20 million in 2025. Ugalde places the group's evolution at 10, 15, and 20 million in recent years and believes that the business is progressing as expected.
The change in direction began with a retreat in Segovia. Ugalde gathered seven key people from the company for five days, with workdays of about ten hours, to rethink the model. As the executive summarises:
We had become a company that bought products, made a little profit, and sold them
Since February 2026, the company has been committed to offering more than just price: website, advertising, and above all, own products. This product is organised into three lines: the own brand ProShop, focused on accessories like balls, which are already the best-selling item; Oxdog, the premium brand it has worked with for years; and exclusive edition paddles made by Adidas, Bullpadel, Nox, or Siux with its own design.
Exclusive products will increase from 5% of last year's sales to 25% by the end of 2026. The goal for 2027 is a distribution of 45% exclusive and 55% competitive, because the margin is greater than with brands, where the price is very compressed. In balls, the company buys directly from the factory and passes on the savings in transport, storage, and margin to the customer.
25% of sales come from Spain and 75% from abroad. Ugalde highlights the momentum from Germany and the UK and assumes that entry into the United States is a matter of time. He also points out that the number of padel courts is growing at a 20% annual rate.
For 2027, the company is considering three scenarios linked to the division that uses Playtomic: growth of between 10% and 30% in mature markets, between 30% and 50% in new ones, and higher percentages in countries starting without a history. Ugalde does not provide a closing forecast for that year.
The company already sponsors ten players and the national teams of Spain and Argentina in the World Cup. The paddles of both will only be sold in its store. Ugalde does not disclose the investment figure and describes it as:
it's like sponsoring Real Madrid and Barça in football
The company has concentrated its logistics in facilities in Villanueva del Pardillo (Madrid), which combine warehouse, offices, recording studio, and showrooms. It previously operated from four locations. The renovation cost 300,000 euros and the warehouse operates at 35% of its capacity, which, according to Ugalde, would allow tripling revenue in the next three years.
For now, there will be no physical stores. The focus remains on ecommerce, and for 2027, the company seeks physical presence through clubs, influencers, coaches, and tournaments. Setting up stands at fairs is costly, and this year it could not do so at Premier Padel because the tournament has a sponsorship agreement with another store.
The company abandoned floorball in 2024 and this year is completing the transfer of handball. Ugalde acknowledges that it is transitioning from a small to a medium-sized enterprise and sets as a priority for 2027 and 2028 to be the best padel store for the end consumer.
