The Spanish air distribution company has increased its monthly sales by 53% since June and issued 19% more tickets in the third quarter. The company expects to close 2026 with 40 million euros in revenue.

The Spanish air distribution company Euroairlines has increased its 53% monthly sales since June and issued 19% more tickets in the third quarter than a year earlier. The company presented these figures this Tuesday, October 13 at the World Aviation Festival in Lisbon, an event focused on technology applied to aviation that runs until October 15 and, according to Airline92, is expected to gather more than 4,500 attendees.

Between January and September, sales increased by 14.6% compared to the same period in 2025. So far in 2026, the company has incorporated 27 airlines. Of these, 22 were already generating sales in the third quarter and contributed 25% of the total volume sold.

Euroairlines does not specify the comparison base for the 53%. The contrast with the 14.6% accumulated over nine months suggests a recent acceleration, although the figures measure different magnitudes (monthly sales, tickets issued, and accumulated sales), so they should not be directly compared.

The company has transitioned from a tech startup to presenting itself as one of the four global super distributors in the sector.

Founded in Spain in 2000 and headquartered in Madrid, Euroairlines closed 2025 with 25 million euros in sales through its platform, five times more than in 2023, and achieved operational break-even with that revenue. The forecast for 2026 is 40 million euros, a 60% increase compared to 2025, while the target for 2027 rises to 100 million euros. This was explained by the CEO, Antonio López-Lázaro, in an interview with Airline92 in September, where he identified Asia as a key market, with 30% of the business expected for 2027.

Portugal holds a prominent place in the connectivity strategy. The agreement with Azores Airlines, part of the SATA Group, allows the Portuguese airline to expand the distribution of its routes through Euroairlines' IATA plate, with access to travel agencies, online sales platforms, and other channels in more than 75 countries.

The company's strategy combines international expansion with artificial intelligence tools to optimize fares, anticipate demand, and improve reservation management and customer service. The World Aviation Festival in Lisbon will close its doors on October 15.
