G’s España and SAT Las Primicias have acquired the horticultural company Urcisol, based in Águilas. The operation includes 800 hectares of cultivation, an 18,000 square metre logistics centre, and 460 workers.
The horticultural company Urcisol, based in Águilas (Murcia), has been acquired by G’s España and SAT Las Primicias, as reported by murciadiario.com. The transaction includes the incorporation of the productive and logistical assets of the Águilas company, as well as its human team.
The operation, legally and fiscally advised by Garrigues, includes approximately 800 hectares of cultivation, a logistics centre of about 18,000 square metres, and a seedbed. In addition to these facilities, the 460 workers of Urcisol will be integrated into the resulting structure.
With this acquisition, G’s España and SAT Las Primicias expand their productive capacity in southeastern Spain by incorporating agricultural land and infrastructure for horticultural activity. The operation allows for the addition of Urcisol's logistics facilities in Águilas, one of the main producing municipalities in the Region of Murcia.
Urcisol is a family business with a history linked to the agricultural sector and the municipality of Águilas. Its activity has developed around horticultural production and it has its own cultivation land and facilities for its operations. The acquisition means the integration of these resources into the activities of G’s España and SAT Las Primicias, which jointly incorporate the company's assets and workforce, continuing the productive activity that Urcisol has developed so far.
