Ninded launches this Friday, 16th October, with invoicing, accounting and tax submission from an app. It has a free plan and paid options starting at €14.99 per month.
According to sevillabuenasnoticias.com, the platform Ninded launches this Friday, 16th October, allowing freelancers or SMEs to invoice, manage accounting and submit their taxes directly from the app using their digital certificate. The tool has been developed by Ninded Labs, based in Zizurkil (Gipuzkoa), and its founder is Jorge V. Mendiola.
The invoicing includes VeriFactu across Spain and TicketBAI in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa. When accounting, the entry is prepared from the invoice, and taxes are submitted with the same data. Among the models that can already be submitted from the app are 303, 130, 111, 115 and 390.
The scanner reads an invoice from a photo and checks that the figures match, and a work report can be dictated by voice. Everything generated by artificial intelligence is approved by a person before it takes effect. For businesses with technicians in the field, the platform includes a field services module with scheduling, fleet mapping, WhatsApp notifications, and payment via QR code upon signing.
Mendiola explains the project's goal with one phrase:
“I saw that to comply with everything, you had to use two or three tools. I wanted freelancers to have just one, to relieve them of headaches.”
The development has lasted almost a year, with workdays of up to 16 hours. The launch comes after 5th October, when Hacienda announced it plans to postpone the obligation of VeriFactu until October 2028.
Ninded has a free plan and paid plans starting at €14.99 per month (excluding VAT). The first 500 paid organisations will enter the Founders Club, with a 50% lifetime discount as long as they maintain their subscription. The platform can be tried at ninded.com.
