The Galician company Talento Grupo Internacional processed 40% of the employment files from Peru in 2025, with 1,845 candidates managed and 1,862 selected awaiting travel to Spain.
The Galician company Talento Grupo Internacional managed a total of 1,845 employment files from Peru during 2025, representing 40% of those processed by the Foreigners' Office of the Ministry of the Interior from that country. This is reported by the Galician media elidealgallego.com, which details that throughout the year, 4,640 files Peru-Spain were resolved within a total of 51,935 managed abroad.
In addition to those already processed, 1,862 people have been selected and are awaiting the completion of the necessary bureaucratic procedures to travel to Spain. The company, specialised in international labour mobility, has already incorporated more than 3,000 professionals into the Spanish labour market.
A hundred Spanish companies will incorporate these Peruvian professionals to fill around 60 job positions in sectors such as construction, metalworking, industrial assembly, logistics and transport, hospitality and catering, electricity, mechanics, healthcare, mining, and forestry. The autonomous communities with the highest demand are Galicia, Asturias, Castilla y León, Aragón, and Catalonia, in a context of growing need for talent in hard-to-fill roles.
The company maintains its 30/30 strategy, aimed at facilitating employment for 30,000 people by the year 2030, and strengthens its presence in Spain and in the Latin American markets from which it supports professionals.
Talento Grupo Internacional has an active presence in 43 Spanish provinces and a workforce of 70 professionals, of which 30 work in Spain and the rest in Latin America, where it operates in six countries: Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, and Colombia. To date, it has facilitated the incorporation of more than 3,500 professionals into the European labour market and has provided services to 270 companies. Its impact has also contributed to the arrival of more than 300 families in Galicia. Currently, more than 1,400 people are in the process of starting a new professional stage.
