The Galician firm specialising in international labour mobility expands its presence in Spain with an office in Madrid to attract clients in construction, metal, energy, transport, and logistics. It plans to close 2026 with over 3,000 people hired in Spain.

Talento Grupo Internacional, a company based in A Coruña specialised in international labour mobility, has opened a new office in Madrid from which it will coordinate its activities in the central region and strengthen its growth strategy, according to Faro de Vigo. The company aims to expand its client portfolio in sectors struggling to find qualified professionals, such as construction, the metal industry, energy, transport, and logistics.

The firm expects to close 2026 with more than 3,000 people hired in Spain and is continuing its strategic plan Objective 30/30, which aims to incorporate 30,000 people into the European labour market by 2030.

The opening of the Madrid office coincides with the addition of two executives. Borja López Calderón will take on the role of commercial director, while Juan Angosto will be the new director of Technology. Both will work alongside the Strategy and Transformation director, César Hernández, to optimise the organisation and expand the group’s operational capacity.

Among the company’s top priorities are increasing its client portfolio, which exceeds 270 companies, and scaling the business in the medium term. Its offerings are particularly aimed at activities facing challenges in filling technical and specialised positions, although it also includes services for companies and public administrations related to the incorporation of professionals from Peru.

“From this new office, we aim to bring our model of qualified labour mobility closer to the industrial fabric of Madrid, especially to the metal sector, which faces greater difficulties in finding qualified professionals,” explains the CEO of Talento Grupo Internacional, Diego Carbajosa.

The company attributes part of the growing demand for its services to the lack of generational replacement and the shortage of technical profiles in strategic sectors for the economy. In this context, Latin America has become one of the main areas for attracting workers due to its cultural, social, and linguistic ties with Spain.

“We not only bring workers; we manage people and their lives,” states Carbajosa.

The procedure includes in-person selection processes in the country of origin, technical tests, and field practices conducted by the companies themselves, as well as the necessary legal management to facilitate the arrival of professionals in Spain. The company thus seeks to promote stable incorporations tailored to the needs of businesses.

With the new office, Talento Grupo Internacional ensures it has an active presence in 43 Spanish provinces.
