The agents are not employees but computer tools that distribute each task and review the work among themselves. Sánchez summarises the model in one sentence:
“The agents execute; people decide on the critical issues.”
The company markets four products. Chatendo combines WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook into a shared inbox, with an agent that responds, qualifies, and schedules appointments, costing from 20 euros a month. It works with the official WhatsApp API and is approved by Meta. SpeakSite creates websites and online stores with AI from 12 euros a month. TenderoTPV is a cloud-based point of sale with tickets, invoices, stock, and reports, for 200 euros a year. vcompresor is a free and open-source file compressor that, according to the company's own measurements, makes files 35% smaller than with 7-Zip.
Before selling the automated service, Sánchez tested it on his own Instagram profile. Between September 24 and October 3, he received ten conversations, of which six arrived outside office hours. The AI responded to eight without direct intervention from the programmer, with a median response time of 37 seconds until the first reply. The data is from the company and has not been independently verified.
The company reminds that Article 50 of the European AI Regulation requires the system to identify itself as such from August 2, 2026.
Regarding prices, the agency Kuatrinova, based in Ciempozuelos (Madrid), publishes starting rates of 690 euros plus a monthly fee from 49 euros to automate processes, and 497 euros plus 97 a month for an AI WhatsApp assistant, as detailed by Gacetín Madrid. Its base tool is n8n. With these references, the license is the cheapest part: the highest cost is in mapping the process, connecting it with the tools the business already uses, and keeping it running.
