The Spanish startup Niubiq, specialised in commercial intelligence, has closed a funding round of €410,000 led by Angels Capital, the investment firm of Juan Roig belonging to Marina de Empresas, according to abc.es. Other investors, including the Investment Club Órbita and Elephant, have also participated in the operation, joining the project and strengthening the company's shareholding.

Niubiq is a platform that enables companies to understand what happens during the conversion of their leads. Although companies usually know how many leads they receive and how many turn into customers, they do not always have the necessary information to identify why some progress in the sales journey while others are lost in the process.

To address this need, Niubiq analyses the complete journey of each lead, from the campaign that captured it to its last interaction with the company. The platform integrates and analyses the various touchpoints between the company and the potential customer, including calls, video calls, face-to-face meetings, WhatsApp, and email.

“Companies invest heavily in capturing leads and very little in understanding what happens to them afterwards. This means decisions are made based on results rather than what caused them. At Niubiq, we provide visibility into everything that happens from the moment a lead enters until it closes, and with this round, we will take it to many more companies so they can learn faster and grow quicker,” states Gonzalo Bravo, CEO of Niubiq.

Pepe Peris, general director of Angels, highlighted that a company must be prescriptive and offer the customer the possibility of making the right choice, using all available means and tools to facilitate this goal.

The company will allocate the €410,000 raised in this round to boost the next phase of growth, strengthening the structure and team necessary to consolidate and scale the business.
