Among the notable transactions, the firm advised Mapfre in the acquisition of Safety Insurance Group Inc., valued at $1.5 billion (approximately €1.334 billion). It also participated in the IPO of TSK Electrónica y Electricidad, valued at €150 million.
In the capital markets sector, the firm advised the global coordinators and sellers in the accelerated placement of shares of ACS for approximately €2 billion.

It also participated in the sale to CBRE Investment Management of the build-to-rent residential complex Central Q, in Quart de Poblet (Valencia), by Corebridge Real Estate Investors.
The period has coincided with the boost of the regional axis FRIS (France, Italy, Spain) in Europe and with the new global phase of the firm following the transatlantic integration that resulted in Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, effective from 1 July.
