Prosegur has placed 26th in the ranking of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain, compiled annually by Actualidad Económica. The private security company rises 23 positions compared to the previous edition.
Prosegur has reached 26th place in the list of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain published annually by Actualidad Económica, the company has reported. The private security firm thus improves its result from last year by 23 positions.
The study, which scores companies based on a questionnaire designed by the Advantere School of Management, evaluates firms with at least two years of activity in Spain and more than 100 employees worldwide. Among the criteria analyzed are talent management, remuneration and benefits, development and performance evaluation plans, training, ESG criteria, and working conditions.
The company, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, has emphasized that the recognition comes in a historic year for the firm. Prosegur has highlighted its flexible and sustainable remuneration policy, aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating its professionals through performance recognition and a benefits proposal tailored to the needs of each team.
In terms of employment, the company incorporates around 80,000 new collaborators worldwide each year, of which more than 15,000 are in Spain. In 2025 alone, it managed over a million applications and conducted nearly 230,000 interviews, according to data provided by the company itself.
More than 70% of its EBITDA is allocated to salaries and social programs. This is complemented by initiatives such as PRO360 or the Employee Voice program, which have tripled the eNPS index since 2022.
