Hacienda offers a rustic plot of 2,115 square meters in Fuente el Fresno (Ciudad Real) for 818.29 euros, the price from the failed auction.

The Ministry of Hacienda has opened the direct allocation of a rustic plot of 2,115 square meters located in polygon 11, plot 130, in the municipality of Fuente el Fresno (Ciudad Real). The starting price is 818.29 euros, the same amount as the previous public auction, which failed due to a lack of bidders.

According to Jara y Sedal, the plot is located in the former States of the Duke, in the Montes de Toledo, an area with a hunting tradition. However, purchasing the land does not grant hunting rights.

The property came into state ownership through an abintestato file in the name of Carmen Carrasco Carrasco, as there were no heirs to claim it. This file included nine other lots in the same municipality, almost all urban plots. Plot 130 is the only one of a rustic nature.

The bidding table declared the fourth call void on 27 May 2026, with a guarantee of 5%, equivalent to 40.91 euros. The other lots in the file did receive offers and were awarded in that same act.

The sale is supported by Article 137.4.d) of the Law 33/2003, on the Heritage of Public Administrations, which allows direct allocation when the auction has been void in the last year. The conditions cannot worsen compared to the previous auction, so the 818.29 euros serve as the minimum price.

The terms indicate that the plot has no current registered charges nor is it litigious. Before submitting a request, it is advisable to confirm with the Delegation that this situation remains and to review the accesses, boundaries, and current use on-site.

In Fuente el Fresno, hunting rights are collectively held by the residents and are managed through the private hunting ground Estados del Duque, of approximately 88,000 hectares. At the end of 2025, the Town Hall provisionally suspended hunting in several plots of other polygons by court order, so the buyer should consult the Town Hall about the exact hunting status of the plot before bidding.

Applications are submitted to the Delegation of Economy and Hacienda in Ciudad Real. The official sales sheet provides the application form, the terms of the previous auction, and the minutes that declared the lot void.
