Ivace+i Internacional has launched phase II of the Ivace Exterior scholarships. Valencian SMEs will be able to hire interns for a year with 100% subsidised costs.
According to ValènciaExtra, Ivace+i Internacional, an entity under the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Innovation and Commerce, has initiated the phase II of the Ivace Exterior scholarships. The programme aims for exporting companies in the Comunitat Valenciana to hire young people who complete these scholarships in December 2026, with a subsidy covering 100% of the cost of the contract for one year.
The interns work for twelve months in international destinations, such as the Economic and Commercial Offices of Spain abroad, the delegations of the Ivace+i External Network, or the subsidiaries of Valencian companies outside Spain. There, they gain experience in market intelligence, commercial prospecting, and international promotion.
“Going through the Ivace Exterior scholarships is synonymous with talent and international experience”
Stated Mónica Payá, General Director of Entrepreneurship and Internationalisation at Ivace+i Internacional.
The programme mobilises up to 70 scholarships. Candidates must hold at least a university degree, possess a high level of English, have completed the Business Internationalisation Management Course, and have twelve months of practical experience.
The aid covers the cost of the twelve-month contract for SMEs, associations, and foundations in the Comunitat Valenciana. It is structured through the order of aid for the hiring of young people for the internationalisation of Valencian SMEs.
“We facilitate the hiring by Valencian companies of individuals who complete this scholarship in December 2026”
Again noted by Mónica Payá, General Director of Entrepreneurship and Internationalisation at Ivace+i Internacional.
Ivace+i Internacional will enable a Directory of International Talent featuring the profiles of the participants. Companies will be able to consult it in the second half of October and the first half of November. Afterwards, there will be a period of online interviews with the interns, who will still be abroad.
The effective incorporation of the interns into companies, foundations, and associations is scheduled for January 2027.
