The auction of five lots of rural properties owned by the State will take place on 25 November. The lands are spread across five municipalities in the province of Granada.

On 25 November, at 10:00, the auditorium of the Granada Delegation of Economy and Treasury will host a public auction to sell several state-owned rural properties. The assets are grouped into five lots.

The announcement appears in the Official State Gazette (BOE) of 9 October, as reported by granadaesnoticia.com. The procedure is driven by the Ministry of Treasury through this provincial delegation.

The lands are located in the municipalities of Santa Fe, Almuñécar, Motril, Gualchos, and Güéjar Sierra. Each property has its own surface area and starting price, depending on its characteristics.

Those wishing to bid must first provide a deposit equivalent to 5% of the starting price of the lot they wish to bid on, in accordance with the terms of the announcement.

The specific conditions document, containing detailed information about each property and the requirements to participate, can be consulted at the State Heritage Section of the Granada Delegation of Economy and Treasury. The documentation for the procedure is also included in the BOE of 9 October, prior to the auction.
