The industrial startup Manual al Instante has won the Demo Day of Consolida Startup 2026, held in Valladolid, and secures a direct pass to the semifinal of the South Summit Startup Competition.
The information, reported by ecosistemastartup.com, indicates that Manual al Instante took home the first prize at the Consolida Startup 2026 Demo Day. The tool streamlines access to technical information on industrial machinery to resolve incidents. The announcement was made on October 28 at the Andén47 venue in Valladolid.
Twelve finalist startups, ten from Spain and two from Latin America, competed for a place in the semifinals of the South Summit Startup Competition. The second place went to the Mexican startup Sendos, which focuses on identifying and leveraging professional talent. The third place was awarded to Madurenza, a patented device that keeps barrels full during the wine aging process and reduces costs and manual tasks.
Consolida Startup is a programme supported by the Valladolid City Council, CEOE Valladolid, and the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce. According to a statement from CEOE Valladolid, this edition brought together 80 registered startups, 240 entrepreneurs, 60 companies, and 30 investors. The itinerary included 100 hours of classes and 400 hours of personalised advice with 15 mentors.
Each finalist had three minutes to present their project, followed by two minutes of questions from the jury. The panel consisted of Ana Marqués from CaixaBank DayOne; Jorge Gómez from Jubarta Investment; Darío Méndez and José Ramón García, investors and business angels; and María Lada, Global Head of Operations at South Summit.
According to figures provided by the South Summit organisation, the competition puts winning projects in front of investors managing portfolios exceeding 580 billion dollars.
Five finalist startups validated their solutions with companies from other sectors. Manual al Instante collaborated with Hinojosa Packaging Group, Madurenza with Bodegas Veganzones, eFIT with Pro Trainers Valladolid, Maingoo with Cervecería Bariloche, and Kaira with the residential centre DomusVi Arroyo.
