The Terrassa-based firm, specialising in digital workplace management, has incorporated remote assistance with artificial intelligence into its FlexxSolve platform. Its business is around 22 million euros.

According to information published by elnacional.cat, the company Flexxible, founded in Barcelona and based in Terrassa, has launched remote assistance with artificial intelligence in its FlexxSolve platform, which the company refers to as Autonomous IT.

The firm is dedicated to the management and automation of the digital workplace. From a single environment, IT teams can deploy virtual desktops, monitor the digital employee experience, and use AI functions to automate tasks, optimise costs, and anticipate incidents.

As explained by its CEO, Sebastián Prat, the company works with organisations that have between 100 and 3,000 computers. To this end, it offers FlexxDesktop, aimed at networks of fewer than 100 devices, and FlexxClient, for corporations with more than 3,000 devices.

This is how Prat explains the goal of FlexxDesktop: for companies to work with different cloud providers and virtualisation technologies, allowing their IT teams to manage everything from a single location.

Among its clients are companies from the banking and healthcare sectors. Of its total activity, 70% corresponds to Spain, while the company is focusing efforts on Brazil, the United Kingdom, India, and the United States. Prat has moved to the United States with the aim of making that market the core of the business.

Flexxible estimates its business at around 22 million euros, with an average contract length of three years and annual payment. Management is considering switching to monthly payments. Its technology is present in nearly one million devices worldwide.

According to the company, most SMEs use AI as a daily consultant for specific tasks, while a smaller group is already incorporating intelligent agents and automated processes in specific areas of their management.
