The Bank of Spain has awarded Robert Walters the leadership evaluation of candidates for senior management positions. The consultancy will be responsible for psychometric tests, interviews, and executive reports.

The Bank of Spain has awarded the human resources consultancy Robert Walters the contract to evaluate the leadership of candidates for senior management positions within the institution, as reported by pressdigital.es based on a statement from the firm itself.

The award is the first resolution stemming from the Dynamic Acquisition System that the supervisor launched at the beginning of 2026. Robert Walters triumphed over seven other companies participating in the process, in a resolution issued on September 22.

The service includes psychometric tests, individual interviews, and executive reports on the strengths, areas for development, personality traits, and leadership capabilities of the candidates.

According to the institution, turning to an external advisor provides more objectivity and impartiality, in line with industry practices, and offers internal staff an independent assessment before the final resolution. The initiative is part of the cultural and organizational transformation process of the Bank of Spain to redefine its talent attraction and management strategy.

The bank has clarified that the external advisor will not decide on the appointments. Their role is limited to making recommendations, assessing each candidate's fit with the strategic plan of the institution.
