CaixaBank maintains activated extraordinary financing and liquidity lines for self-employed and small businesses in Ceuta, according to its territorial director in Andalusia, Ceuta and Melilla, Juan Ignacio Zafra.

CaixaBank has forty professionals and four offices in Ceuta to assist families, self-employed individuals and businesses. Its territorial director in Andalusia, Ceuta and Melilla, Juan Ignacio Zafra, states that the entity works "permanently" with its teams in the city to respond swiftly to the needs that arise.

Zafra explains that the main concern of clients is to maintain activity normally and have liquidity in a context of uncertainty. In the case of companies and shops, he adds, there is concern about the evolution of activity, planning for the coming months, and the ability to maintain projects and employment.

To address this situation, CaixaBank maintains activated extraordinary financing lines through MicroBank for small businesses, loans under special conditions, payment facilities for individuals, and support measures for local commerce. The entity analyses each case individually to tailor solutions to each need.

"Our goal is not only to offer financial solutions when they are needed, but also to accompany, listen, and respond to the concerns that clients and businesses share with us on a daily basis," Zafra states.

The territorial director highlights collaboration with the Autonomous City, the Chamber of Commerce, and other representative entities of Ceuta. According to El Faro de Ceuta, the entity maintains smooth communication with these institutions to understand the evolution of the situation and the most immediate needs.

Zafra emphasizes that the business fabric of Ceuta is "dynamic and resilient" and that proximity to clients is key in a city with intense commercial and service activity. The entity is also promoting digital attention and artificial intelligence in its processes, while maintaining focus on personal interaction.
