Ibercaja, imagin and ABANCA's youth mortgages top the comparison for October 2026, with fixed rates from 2.55% and financing up to 100% of the property's value.

The youth mortgages from Ibercaja, imagin and ABANCA are the best market offers in October 2026 for those without sufficient savings to buy their first home, according to the comparison published by kelisto.es. These entities allow financing of more than the usual 80%, reaching 90%, 95% or even 100% of the property's value.

The offer from Ibercaja stands out with a fixed rate of 2.55% TIN and a APR of 3.49% over 25 years. For a loan of 150,000 euros, the monthly payment is 676.71 euros and the total cost of the loan amounts to 53,012.53 euros. No opening fee applies.

imagin proposes a fixed rate of 2.85% TIN and a APR of 3.57% over 30 years. The monthly payment for 150,000 euros is 620.34 euros, with a total cost of 73,320.99 euros. The application is digital and without an opening fee.

ABANCA offers a fixed rate of 2.95% TIN and a APR of 5.24% over 25 years. The monthly payment for 150,000 euros is 707.42 euros and the total cost of the loan reaches 62,226.66 euros. This entity allows extending the repayment term up to 40 years through certain regional programs and finances up to 100% of the property's value.
