Asevia adds seven consultancy firms with over 150 professionals and €26 million committed by its investors. The group aims to reach 1,000 professionals in five years.

Asevia has announced the integration of seven firms with more than 150 professionals spread across five autonomous communities, as reported by ecosistemastartup.com. The operation has €26 million committed by its investors, expandable to €50 million and complementable with debt.

The group was founded in Madrid in 2025 by Jorge Suárez de Lezo, CEO, and Juan Palomares, COO. Among the integrated firms are The Startup CFO, Roca & Asociados, Qualitax, and Torquemada Asesores, which offer tax, accounting, labour, legal, and financial services.

The founding partners of each firm will remain in charge of their firm, maintain ownership and management autonomy, and may join the group's shareholding. The lead investor is Novena Capital Partners.

The stated goal is to reach 1,000 professionals in five years, compared to the current slightly over 150.

Palomares estimates that two-thirds of management work could be automated with technology and artificial intelligence supervised by the advisor. The information released does not include comparative evidence or methodology to measure how much time is saved in each process.

Suárez de Lezo describes the pressure he believes will come to the sector:

«As these tasks are automated and provided in an increasingly similar way, consultancies will have less margin to differentiate themselves and pressure on their prices will increase».

The 2026 Consultancy Barometer from Wolters Kluwer, based on a survey from March, places the proportion of advisors already using artificial intelligence in their daily work at 71%, compared to 42% the previous year. The same study indicates that 77% of firms have fewer than 10 employees and that 68% consider digitalisation a strategic axis, eleven points more than in 2025.
